Founded in 1997, 7th Platoon began with the vision of several young men who share a love for music and people. Founder Roberto I. Torres saw an opportunity to improve their communities and the entertainment world as a whole. His desire was to bring creative, inspiring and positive entertainment to the younger generation.
As they continued to make their ideas known, many other talented artists felt the call to join 7th Platoon Entertainment. Today, 7P boasts several Hip-Hop artists, Top Rank and Dredknox, as well as R&B artists Andy Vik and Jennifer Torres. In the future, they hope to add more talented artists, writers and producers to their mix.
"Our main purpose is to reach the world through all forms of entertainment including music, movies and print media," said Torres. With backgrounds that are as varied and colorful as those of the young people they seek to help, the associates of 7P are well equipped to fulfill that purpose.
